The lacing was used to whip-stitched it with is a very high quality calf hide lace and it has an ultra-soft black leather back. This cowhide pillow was custom made in the U.S.A. from a soft Brazilian upholstery cowhide. Only the very best, high grade conjugated cotten is used for fill and it is guaranteed to hold its shape. The maker of these pillows is known for the even stitching and form in their cowhide pillows and only produce the very highest quality cowhide pillows to be found ANYWHERE. You would have to pay AT LEAST $125 PER PILLOW for cowhide pillows of this quality in the "Brick & Morter" high-end Western Decor Stores, but because we don't have the overhead that they do, we are able to offer them at a much lower price.
